Not being able to get any satisfaction on how to return items. This is the 4th time I've been trying to get in contact with someone in reference to this matter.

This is ridiculous, and they have very poor customer service, if they have any. I will contact the Better Business Bureau if I don't get any satisfaction because this is really crazy as *** I don't have hours to spend on doing this.

I still have not received the information needed to send back the two items I explained that I had two bags and I wasn’t sure which bag the dress came from to actually give the UPC code!
