Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I contacted customer service and they replaced the item was out of stock and delivered the items on tow parcels, second parcel took kind of much time but they were helpful to solve the problem by the end .

I made a order at 23-11 and received email that it's submitted and will be shipped in ( 3-7) days , then they added a note that the shipment will be late ( 2-5 ) days because the order is thoroughly sterilized. Now even the extra 5 days are gone, and the orders hasn't been shipped until now, and I didn't receive any news about the order which is stuck in the tracking process in date ( 26-11)

User's recommendation: If you can check to make sure the company is doing what they support to, if you stated it will be 1-5 days and your out of stock let the customer know what the hold up is don't just keep their money and Ignore them.

I made an order with ChicMe on December 22, 2023 on December 30, 2023. I received a text message stating that my package was delivered and for me to check my mailbox on my front door and there was no package at either one I got in contact with the delivery company Who sent me an email stating that the package was lost because it was left on the lobby of a residential building and she is still refusing to give me a refund. They are telling me to wait because they are making a claim against the delivery company something that they told me to do And I did that gave them the complaint number and the letter from the delivery company stating that the package is lost and for me to get a refund she is continuing this complaint to run out the 14 days of their policy for return or refund and today makes day eight I would like to start a class action suit Against them and I need help!!!

I've purchased two dresses, two weeks ago on the 12/06 and 12/10 so that they'd arrive before Christmas. To this day, on the 12/19, the dresses have not arrived. I'm tracking my purchases, and it says they're still in the warehouse since the 12/09 and 12/13. The app says it takes 2-7 business days for my packages to arrive. Not only that but, I'm trying to call customer service and the call does not go through. I just want my dresses to be shipped already.
