Purchase refund since quality is bad.
Gold pants I purchased didn't last for a complete one-time wear. It was so embarrassing that they were just tearing up when I wore them. I want a refund for the terrible quality of those pants.

Refund me or give me all my outfits I paid you guys for, or I will take matters to a higher authority. I kept ordering from you guys. Wow, I only received the one order back last year; after that, nothing. ?
And I've spent well over $200 with you guys, so please fix this problem. I'm a loyal customer.

Over charged Double order
We were charged a duplicate order. We should only have paid 93.
And change not 247.63. If you look at the invoice you can see we were charged double

Wrong item sent
Cannot get in touch with anyone Been trying to call customer service and the number is always busy. The product I ordered is absolutely nothing like the picture Trying to email and call. Line is always busy.

Resolved: I haven’t received my order
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I order, I paid and have not received anything and is more than 3 weeks already and try to speak with someone to see why i havent get my order.

The company can make it easier by including the description and tag or something. So, returning an item won't be so difficult. I made a mistake and ordered two of the same color; I wanted one gray.

Needed to return for wrong size. Tried to get a return label and get a bigger size. Would not give me a shipping label. They said it was past 7 days. Liars I had just received it the day before
